Empowering Students to Serve Through the Manufacture of Organic Fertilizers at Islamic Boarding Schools

The purpose of the study was to explore (1) how santri program and steps making organic fertilizers as well supporting inhibiting factors using qualitative research methods. results this indicate that: that devotes life skills develops nine business units owned by pesantren.
